"Really loves staying here. All the staffs were amazing and the food was lovely. Very nice and clean hotel with close proximity of attractions. Just want to say a special thank you to Veer and Soultan from the restaurant during our breakfast, lunch and dinner time. They always helped us and really took care of us like family. All the restaurant staffs were lovely to us. Thank you guy."

"Due to the current political climate the hotel was very quiet, resulting in some of the normal options (swim up bar, restaurant choices) being unavailable… perfectly understandable. But the cost of the stay may not reflect the reduction in facilities and the calibre of the dinner menu, which was ok but not to the level I’d expect from Ritz Carlton."

"Don’t ! I’m not sure if it’s because it’s Ramadan but this was the WORST experience. Qatar is such a clean country for this hotel not meet its standard . It had many sanitation violations ….roach , blood stains on lamps , stained toilets , stained sheets , never swept floors. Then the noise was so annoying everyday they constantly were fixing . Leak in ceiling in main lobby , no pool access because rooftop was under construction and unsafe. And worst of all NO customer service ! Doesn’t greet with smile , or anything (supervisor especially). I can list more but I’m sure you get the point ! I promise I never leave bad reviews anywhere but this was just deplorable and disgusting. Being stranded I was to receive free meals and they refused to give me even tho it’s sponsored by government. Only good thing , it’s walking distance to metro."

"This was an absolute Haven after my transcontinental flight. The staff was a very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable they even had a heated drawer, where the tea cups were kept. The room was very quiet, even though it was located inside the terminal. I would absolutely stay here again for a long layover. I recommended this hotel to two friends who got stuck in Doha due to canceled flights and they raved about it to me the next morning. "
