Spa What a lovely spa and amazing facilities. The massage was so so so good. I have never experienced a massage so good. It was lovely. The white Company products in the spa showers was great, they smell gorgeous 👌 Staff Staff are so friendly and helpful, helping with many things, never turn you down, they go above and beyond. Our stay at Nikki Beach Resort Dubai had both highlights and disappointments. The hotel is beautifully designed—its architecture, grounds, and interiors are truly exceptional and thoughtfully curated. While much of our stay was enjoyable, two of the three days were significantly disrupted by private events held on the property. These events were extremely loud, with multiple music sources playing at the same time, making the beach and outdoor common areas unpleasant during the afternoons and evenings. Access to certain pathways and guest areas was also restricted due to the events. One event included several barbecue grills for cooking, which produced heavy smoke that spread throughout the pool areas, lounges, restaurants, and even into guest rooms. In addition, we were fully charged for the large incidental deposit on two separate credit cards, and more than two weeks later the funds have still not been reimbursed. This added unnecessary frustration at the end of an otherwise promising stay. The resort has the potential to be exceptional, but relocating disruptive private events away from guest common areas—and improving follow-up on billing matters—would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The staff. Everyone was a different level of hospitality, very impressed. Jericho in the restaurant had a smile on his face every minute of the day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Housekeeping staff for room 508 were superb, 11/10. Reception staff so helpful as well as concierge. Chefs in the restaurant were so friendly, patient and helpful. The standout of this hotel was how excellent the staff are.

I normally stay at some of the bigger brand hotels on the Palm but I had a very positive experience at Royal Central Hotel. I upgraded to a palm view room with a balcony and was not disappointed, the view was great. I had a rental car and self parking was convenient. Pool bar service was good and efficient. For what you pay I would say it is great value.

Riu was great. Compared to other Riu, it lacked mini bar in the room, not all restaurants were available aside from the main buffet. Also entertainment was very specific to kids and not adults. But overall had a good time there.
