"We knew what to expect as a desert camp. Accomodation was as expected. Our first room had an issue with the smell so the staff organised us in a new room. No problem and they were very helpful. The only issue about our whole stay was that one of the more senior staff was unhappy about something and yelled for sometimes after the staff and was very loud and we fell really bad about it.It's really unfortunate as it put a dark cloud on our stay. Everything else was good about our stay."

"We booked a Bubble Tent… We did not get communication from this Mirage camp at all and had to track them down and had to have an Arabic speaker try to find this Mirage camp because the phone number on hotels.com/expedia was wrong. When we were finally given a pin drop to know where to go through WhatsApp of how to find the camp we were sent to a different camp called Hasan Zawaideh.
