Exceptional service — by far our favourite hotel in the UAE!
Our stay at Address Dubai Mall was absolutely exceptional. We had a spacious, spotless Burj View room with all meals included, and the location was unbeatable with such easy access to Dubai Mall.
What truly made this hotel stand out was the one-of-a-kind service. Maria and Angel at the front desk were incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely special.
A huge thank you to Dhina from housekeeping, who was phenomenal with our 1.5-year-old son. Every day she surprised him with balloons, teddy bears, gifts, and adorable towel animals. These thoughtful touches meant so much to our family. The hotel also welcomed us with a beautiful fruit basket, cake, and treats for our anniversary — such a wonderful surprise!
The kids' play area was fantastic, and the rooftop and infinity pool were absolutely stunning. The pool in particular is incredible and feels very underrated.
We also stayed at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and Raffles The Palm during our UAE trip, and Address Dubai Mall was by far our favourite. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful rooms, incredible location, and family-friendly amenities made this stay truly memorable.
We travel frequently, and this is one of those hotels that genuinely leaves a lasting impression. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Address Dubai Mall!
