I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff and overall service were at an outstanding level. A special mention goes to Kowther, who assisted me in the lobby. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude were remarkable. She demonstrated the qualities of someone who deserves to be in a management position. Her service reflects both her own dedication and the strong support and training provided by the leadership team. I also want to recognize the Front Office Manager and her team—they were equally outstanding. Thank you to the entire Hilton Corniche Alexandria team for delivering such a memorable experience. I look forward to returning.

"It is horrible stay... Room is small, smell some bad bed is very very bad and sheets are dirty with hair allover and spots. Bathroom is small and towels are almost black and old... The list will go on."
