Excellent stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was well organized and made our time in Makkah easy and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

They never came to change our sheets or towels during our 5 days stay. We had to buy our own toilet paper. The wifi is trash.
