Horrible stay(s)!!
Unfortunately it will be my last stay in this hotel. Although the staff is trying to be helpful, the service and quality of the room is not up to the standard you should expect. - last time i was charged twice the room after they insisted that my booking (already paid in advance by the company) was not paid and i had to pay a 2nd time. - upon check-in the system was down (as often) so it took a lot of time just to get the room key. - no hot shower in the morning unless you let the water run 20mn before you need it!!! And these days the weather is cold!! Not a pleasant feeling to wake up. - no invoice available upon check-out (had to insist to have it sent by email later on) - last but not least, my window in my room opens on its own due to the strong wind!! Came back at night, it was freezing!! And then in the middle of the night, it happened again!! Best part?? No handle to lock the window!!! I’ve never seen this before.

No elevator from the parking to the hotel lobby!! The bathroom flooded with water. The receptionists are friendly.

First time in intercontinental Al Khobar, Amazing staff, Quite rooms, Comfort. One thing that i did not like as i requested twin beds the size of the bed was little bit small.

Not bad at all, would stay again.
Generally good, not much in locality, but is good for business in central Khobar. Restaurant choice good, but forced into buffet style, which can be too much if you want to eat light.
