Regarding the bed , actually this the first time to have such complaint , but if you contacted our reception team , they could help you to change the room or add for your bed some comfortable linen . Youe reservation was on deluxe room , which is worth more than the price you paid with 150 SR per night but you were lucky to get it with offered price . Coral Jubail hotel is one of the 4 star branded hotels in Jubail & eastern province , as it is very unique with the location and the services more than any 4 stars in the area.
