When I found the hotel they told me they are fully booked although I already made and fully paid my room on Expedia. They solution the gave me is to sleep in a very dirty store room when I have paid 80$ for the room. I had a fight with them and I forced them to give me back my money IN CASH"

"It was one of very bad experience as reception was horrible, totally unacceptable attitude unprofessional staff, no control over the rent rate as staff was offering rate with huge difference from original rate. so, no way I can visit or think about this property. Feel like there is a mafia within the staff who control the rent rate and other staff. "
