"This hotel was absolutely amazing, first time in Saudi Arabia, they made me feel at home, I stayed from December 23rd through the 26th in room 519. Amazing view, the best fine dining I’ve experienced in a long time. Breakfast and dinner buffets were more than amazing, I really enjoyed the spa experience as well. Everyone there made me feel valued and appreciated. I will be returning within the next couple of days."

Staff in all roles throughout the hotel were pleasant efficient and welcoming- particularly Front Desk /Reception, and Housekeeping team who were most courteous and helpful. 2. Layout, location and condition of the hotel were very good and in all respect ideal for my purposes. 3. My room with en-suite was most pleasant, large, airy, exceptionally clean and well presented. Very comfortable bed / pleasant practical furnishings, and clean fresh linen. 4. Location felt safe and secure with nearby pleasant eating places to enjoy. 5. 9/10 rating and will most definitely return as the opportunity arises (Len Miller / UK) "
