"Good sized rooms. Spacious and clean. Best thing was the mall attached to the hotel. Perfect for a stroll especially with kids. Swimming pool also perfect for the kids. Just needed more towels in rooms. Was a little difficult to get these unless cleaning team were around. Also no luggage assistance for late arrivals was difficult when you have young kids. And no luggage assistance at check out too. Otherwise had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again."

"I had the worst customer service experience with Mbaat. I booked a property in mid-July and paid in full upfront through Expedia. On check-in day, we were left waiting a long time with my kids while the staff claimed no payment was made. Even after I sent proof via WhatsApp, I received no response for a while, then was told the payment was “not complete.” I had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will never return to Mbaat or recommend them to family and friends."
