What a lovely spa and amazing facilities. The massage was so so so good. I have never experienced a massage so good. It was lovely.
The white Company products in the spa showers was great, they smell gorgeous 👌

The staff. Everyone was a different level of hospitality, very impressed. Jericho in the restaurant had a smile on his face every minute of the day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Housekeeping staff for room 508 were superb, 11/10. Reception staff so helpful as well as concierge. Chefs in the restaurant were so friendly, patient and helpful. The standout of this hotel was how excellent the staff are.

Riu was great. Compared to other Riu, it lacked mini bar in the room, not all restaurants were available aside from the main buffet. Also entertainment was very specific to kids and not adults. But overall had a good time there.
