I felt misled by the hotel description, which did not match reality, and by the claim that breakfast was included, used to attract guests. The establishment resembles more of an apartment or motel with low-quality furniture, utilities, and poor maintenance. Soundproofing is nonexistent; I could hear noises from the upstairs room as well as stray dogs outside. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming, despite his insincere attempts to seem friendly.
