We indicated 3 people staying upon our reservation and they initially tried to charge us. Luckily we printed our reservation and were able to ensure beds for everyone. "

The BAD: Inside the room, the floors are covered in dark stains (so gross), the bathroom has a dungeon feel and the shower surrounding has a lot of mold.
