"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. They got out into the snow to greet us and instantly warmed us with a cup of tea in the anteroom.
