"Really nice clean apartment, the most helpful and amazing staff that are always willing to help with anything (we left some sunglasses in a taxi and the staff went well out there way to get them back)

"I booked a room with a balcony I didn't get. The bed mattress gave me severe back pain. The mattress is unbearable hard.
No one speaks English.
Smell of sewage throughout.
Dirty pool area.
No English TV channels.
Coffee terrible undrinkable.
Breakfast basic. Nothing great.
Didn't order food. As wasn't sure who was cooking or if they were a chef. No shelves in bathroom to put anything.
Echos noise all night from reception watching TV.

"This property was a great find. The unit was very well taken care of and perfect for a larger group and if traveling with children. The staff were very helpful and available to assist around the clock.
The pool area is a major bonus. I highly recommend and would return again. "
"I enjoyed staying here. We are backpacking and not wanting to spend too much but we had our own rooms, a kitchen, laundry, and free breakfast everyday. The rooms were clean, shower warm, we had air conditioning which was a bonus! The staff communicated very well with us and made our stay comfortable, I would recommend to others. I did have earplugs which came in handy as we were near a mosque and the chanting was loud at around 4-5am. "

"Birsel was so supportive and helpful for us during our stay. The hotel was close to the beach and bus nearby to go to other parts of the city. Birsel’s super demeanor made it extra warm for us and allowed for more enjoyment. The hotel is the perfect stay in the city. "
"Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum angenehm. Besonders die ruhige Lage hat mir sehr gefallen, ideal um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Gleichzeitig befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, und auch das Meer ist schnell zu erreichen.
