"The overall condition of the property was poor. Inside the room there was mold on the walls close to the AC area. We also asked for a crib which came broken; we had to call them to repair couple elements in the apartment that broke such as the bidet in the washroom which was leaking and then the sink which leaked under and all around the kitchen, and almost caused me to fall. Before leaving, the sink got also clogged, but we didn't bother telling them as we were checking out. The wifi stopped working multiple times, they had to come and change the router. I have to admit that the only thing that made the staying bearable is their customer service. They were always there to repair their mess or when there was no parking they would take my car keys and park the car for me. They were also very accommodating by allowing us to check-in and check-out from the property later. "
