"Breakfast was great. Our main issue was with the resturant and manager which would not accommodate for a child with special needs. We are not talking about a big accommodation just to order a dish from the child menue but allow the child to remain in an area allocated for the bar dining. We were perfectly happy to pay any additional fees and even order all our meals ifneeded. They still refused. Not very family friendly for children with special needs "

"Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "

"Employees were really helpful, loved the little touches like the bottle of cava in the room and the free 90mins in the spa - though find it weird you have to wear a swimming cap! "

"Room is very clean and spacious. Staff was extremely attentive and responded quickly to questions. Room also has fabulous view of the surrounding hills that was beautiful and the guesthouse is located in a quiet location that is very accessible (and easy drive to get to). Breakfast was also very good!"
