"First of all, front desk agents was quiet rude behavior, after we reached the room, saw molds in wall, freeze wasn’t working, shower knob as falling apart, bathroom door locks is so close door frame. I got hurt 3 times closing doors in bathroom. Finally I did shower and came out to room then all the water flooded in the room. My baggage & stuff get we. The room also got bad smell. I have recorded all avidance."
