Beautiful and functional room. Staff was excellent. The breakfast quality varies depending on who is cooking it. Ask at the front desk 😉

No water or soft drinks available on the property. Night clerk seemed offended when we asked. Otherwise, good value and clean.

Studio was very spacious with a kitchenette and loved the entertainment options (can connect to chromecast). They offer luggage storage before check-in so that’s really helpful as well. The shower didn’t have a door/curtain so water can splash out when showering. The location is further out from city center so it’s really quiet at night, which is great, and it’s only a short 10-15 min walk to everything in city center.

Property was very clean and quiet, with short walking distance to downtown Aix and public transportation. Staff was excellent and the morning breakfast was delicious. My only feedback is the shower was extremely slippery and needed to be very cautious to avoid falling.

Overall had a great stay, but a staff member in particular seemed to be frustrated that I do not speak French. My fault if the hotel was meant for French speakers only, but if that is not the case it really tainted the whole experience which would have been very, very nice.

Struttura pulita e nuova. Camera accogliente. Offerta variegata per colazione anche se la presentazione del cibo può essere migliorata (spesso il cibo sui vassoi mancava e così i succhi nelle brocche); A disposizione dei clienti solo un piatto sul tavolo e un eventuale ricambio doveva essere chiesto. In camera bollitore per tè e caffè, ma solo 2 bustine a disposizione....abbiamo chiesto di avere una bustina di caffè decaffeinato ma ci è stata negata. Personale non troppo affabile nonostante parlassimo francese. Camera disponibile dalle 16.00, decisamente troppo tardi in una città turistica! In conclusione il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è accettabile

Room for improvement
New hotel, travelled solo, and the bed was very small, the desk was too small for work, there was a draught from the window, and night lamps lacked bulbs. Good breakfast and good bathroom. Customer service could be more uplifting.
