not always good to stay at a chain hotel

unfortunately the description on hotels.com website stated this hotel was 3.9 miles from Aix TGV - it was actually 10k, which caused a lot of problems getting to the station. In the circumstances, we were expecting more consideration than that the company would look into it and come back to us in due course - clearly they had the discretion to do something. we had dinner in their restaurant and discovered that the wine carafe had mould lying within the base of the bottle. We had to argue with staff that we should not have to pay for a replacement - seems obvious to me.

Notre séjour a été agrémenté d'une alarme durant laquelle nous n'avons reçu aucune indication: évacuation ou pas, utilisation de l'ascenseur ou pas.... Finalement aprÚs renseignement demandé à l'accueil il nous a été signifié que ce n'était rien! Heureusement pour les résidents! Des exercices d'évacuation dans les rÚgles de sécurités sont à envisager pour la sécurité de tous.

Chambre avec 2 petits lits au lieu d’un grand lit suite Ă  une faute d’inattention de ma part. Mais surtout chambre au rdc face a parking Ă©clairĂ© toute la nuit, avec chambre sans volet et gros rideau qui n’opture pas du tout la lumiĂšre du parking et de leurs dires ils Ă©taient complet alors pouvaient pas me changer de chambre
 ce qui me surprend plein de chambre ou j’ai vue personne de la semaine

A notre arrivĂ©e la rĂ©ceptionniste moyennement serviable nous a donnĂ© une chambre non faite avec les lits dĂ©faits et des poubelles au milieu de la chambre. AprĂšs rĂ©clamation, on nous a donnĂ© une autre chambre : la clĂ© magnĂ©tique ne l'ouvrait pas, nous avons dĂ» redescendre pour la rĂ©activer. Une fois dans la chambre, le 3Ăšme lit qui Ă©tait dans un canapĂ©, n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘt. Une fois le canapĂ© depliĂ©, les draps dans le lit Ă©taient en vrac et tous froissĂ©s et les 2 autres lits assez mal faits. Les lits ont Ă©tĂ© faits correctement le lendemain et le reste du sĂ©jour s'est passĂ© normalement mais nous n'avons reçu aucune excuse de l'Ă©tablissement concernant cet incident.
