The Grand View Lodge website needs to be updated with what amenities will be available for what dates. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brainerd-Baxter by IHG
The pool staff were incompetent. 1 staff member was sleeping on duty. Guests had to forcibly take tubes from each other to make them give them up due to lack of availability & poor "traffic control" on slides. Otherwise, the hotel staff was friendly & hotel was clean. I’ve even coming to Nisswa for 20yrs and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Nature Link’s design and approach to “linking” to nature and creating a peaceful experience was wonderful! I will definitely be back. Joel W.
