You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. "Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. "This was a very clean and comfortable place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a little far from town center (it is located in the new part of the town) but it is easy and very cheap to take a taxi to the old town. Further, being away from the crowd gives you safer and quieter nights. I strongly recommend this place."
