"This place is beyond disgusting. No carpets, just filthy floors that haven’t seen a mop in years. The bed had no bedding – no sheets, no duvet, just a bare, stained mattress that looked like it came from a skip. And yes, it had bed bugs. I left with bites all over my arms and legs. t was disgusting.
"I had a problem and went to reception but received no assistance; in fact, a man from the residence pushed me out. The room was very dirty: hair on the bed, coffee stains on the furniture, dirty walls, stains on the mattress covers... It was disgusting."
