"This place is just a place for sleeping. The good part is that the room is big for more than 4 guests. Parking space is available. But amenities are insufficient. For examples, there is no conditioner for hire and water temperature is low. Furnitures are a mixed bag. If not for on-site parking, I will try differently places for stay. "

"The chalet was amazing. We enjoyed being there so much. The heated tub, sauna and speaker made our stay enjoyable. We cooked a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. "The Heritage Hotel is located in the heart of Hallstatt, a city that has lost its soul. Please do not go to this city or this Hotel. The Heritage and its staff, especially the manager, know they have you trapped in a facade of a city. The managers/staff demeanor and service are indicative of someone who has a captured audience. Hallstatt is as authentic as Disney Land and any true traveler would want to escape upon arrival. Parking is nowhere near the hotel (almost a mile) although it appears to have parking in the photographs. If you’re looking for a beautiful Austrian experience leave Hallstatt out of your plans and stay at hundreds beautiful places near by."
