This hotel does not live up to the ITC brand. Its average in terms of service and rooms. Cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. Floors and furniture had a lot of dust and crumbs.

Ver bad hotel rooms.
Not worth the money they charge for the rooms. Rooms are dirty and very old school. Room was not even cleaned properly. No toiletries were present in the room. You need to call and ask for them individually. We requested for a bath robe and it was smelling so bad.

The hotel at the reception/ breakfast area was very welcoming and clean. The rest was out dated and we also had bed bugs and other insects crawling in the room. The view was nice.

Most unprofessional hotel
This hotel denied a room to me saying i had a local id nf tht they dont give rooms to local residents...if so why are u running the hotel here go to mars...secondly i asked whose policy is it nd wht haven't u listed the same on expedia they say they have nd expedia has not updated the website nd when asked extensively they say its informed by local police I asked them to show me the order of police which they couldn't nd offered me the room after one hour of discussion to which i rejected nd said give ur policy in return on ur letterhead they couldn't do tht either....its a worst hotel with utmost unprofessional approach towards cx nd they dont even stand by their words as they couldn't furnish anything in return...i hope ur hotel shall turn up number one with such approach...good luck to u

I have a very poor opinion about this hotel. Toilet, bed-sheets, Towels, not clean! Check in time was too long.

The hotel is ageing
I have stayed back at this place (between 2012 to 2015) when it was Saint Lauren... and the hotel had freshness of a new property. However, now (June 2017) there are clear signs of ageing. The isles have carpets which appear to be lying there since they were put for the first time... giving a mild stink. The upkeep of room gives clear indications that it is shouting for attention. There are water marks on the bathroom doors. This hotel will need some fresh air of maintenance and management perhaps !

Hotel was ok. The room could have been cleaner. The washroom had some questionable stains. Concierge of the night I arrived was extremely rude and yelled at me when I called to ask about the internet connection.

Just ok for a short stay
The rooms need some maintenance, there is a bathtub on the room but it was very dirty, you can see there is no deep cleaning in there. The electrical plugs are just as per inidian standars, so if you are coming from a different place you better have an adapter with you. The pool and gym can be just access on very restricted hours, so if you want to chill out in there you better adjust to their scheduled. The main issue during our stay was that we booked a car to go to the airport at middle of the night, once we came down to take it they informed us they didnt have the car ready and they want to send us there in a tuk tuk picked from the street! Once we complain it was booked several hours in advance and wrote down but their staff they finally get us a car, we were fortunate that we were going to the airport with enough time.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and service, slow wifi
Very good hotel in the northern part of Ahmedabad. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast is rich and varied, and the hotel restaurants are really nice. There is a pool on the roof and also a spa with affordable prices. Only setback is that the wifi connection was not good, and in the rooms was really bad. Service was excellent, really helpful.

フロントでチェックインしようとして、パスポートを渡しました。そこに別の従業員の女性が来て、チャイニーズ???と大きな声で言いました。私は日本人ですが、チャイニーズだったら何だというのでしょうか。あまりに失礼で非常に気分を概しました。4つ星ホテルなのに従業員教育は全くなってないと思います。
