Hotel was amazing very clean staff were great and loved the breakfast only thing was when I booked it I read they had a shuttle bus it said dropping you in Rome and surrounding areas they need to reword it because they only drop you at train station and only maybe twice a day and when we tried to book it was full we spent an absolute fortune on taxis but hotel room with balcony was very good

We had a five night stay at Aria prior to our cruise and it was a great location and nicely decorated rooms. The staff were friendly and very helpful. An extra thank you to Nicole who helped get us into an excellent suite that was spacious and nice and cool. Breakfast was excellent.

"This hotel is tired. It lacks management (not staff fault), zero information available about the town. Air conditioning did not work in first room or upgraded room. Breakfast served 7.30 to 10 am , at 8.20am the table was bare eg. No eggs, no yoghurt, no other cooked items and very poor selection ..."
