"The waiting staff at breakfast worked incredibly hard. My complaint is about the fact the hotel charged a deposit of 20 euros and then 1 euro.50 per day for a safe key !! Which I declined . Also I do think complimentary bottled water and tissues should be provided in the rooms"

"We were looking forward to staying for 5 nights in the quiet valley of Hermigua but found the hotel to be very noisy with poor soundproofing between rooms. We had a room next to family with young children who screamed the place down so much we asked to move rooms but the noise carried throughout ..."
