"A little piece of heaven. Very close to the Corcovado National Park, you can walk there. Everyday we would go on a hike, as soon as you walk out of the hotel you start seeing monkeys and all sorts of wildlife. Heck, you don't even need to leave the hotel. We had a group of scarlet macaws constantly hanging out in a tree right outside our room. And a brave little monkey paid a visit one day as well. The food prepared by Chef Coco was amazing! Everything was sourced locally and made from scratch....

My only complaint was that the entire front area of the lodge has been landscaped with grass and ornamental plants, many of which are not native.
