"We come to Las Cruces several times a year but have never stayed at this property. Due to a couple of big concerts in the area everywhere was sold out and the prices were extremely high. We were pleasantly surprised at how pleasant and accommodating the front desk was, getting us into another room since ours wasn’t ready. I was also happy with the room since it looked like everything had been recently renovated. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall we were very satisfied."

"This was probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I came for the BTS concert in El Paso and I was kinda bummed I had to stay so far away but this hotel made up for it in so many ways. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the place is absolutely beautiful, I did not get a chance to check out the pool but could see it from my window and it looks really nice. My room was very clean and well lit. The bed was very comfortable as well. If I ever have a chance to come back this direction again I will defiantly stay here "

"The room was good, wish they had a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Everything was clean and organized though. Didn’t get to check in after one hour of original check in, can’t believe they only had one maid for their busiest weekend hence the late check in because they were cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was good but they ran out of waffle mix, sad."

"Very dirty. Seems more like a halfway house than a hotel. The tub had bugs and no tv. Never again. "

"Everything's good, it was only wrong timing when we arrived my toddler was so excited to go on the pool but it was under maintenance when we arrive but other than that, everything is good. "

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean but the bathroom tub was gross! There was black mold in the drain and the tub looked grimy. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. Parking was good. We love the location, the quaint Spanish style decor in the lobby. There's a nice indoor pool and beautiful sitting area in the courtyard. I used to use the workout room that is.no.longer there! There used to be cute shops in the lobby, all are gone now."
