Love staying at this hotel. Customer service is excellent and the entire staff is really sweet. Rooms are large and clean. I absolutely love having breakfast included. Delicious authentic Mexican food or Continental breakfast if you are more into cereals, french toast, etc.

El lugar limpio ameno, solo el WC, no sirve bien cuando uno lo usa, despues de eso este no corta para llenar el deposito y se tira mucha agua, si uno lo usa e inmediatamente sale se queda desperdiciando el agua Cuarto 250, desayuno muy bueno, alberca muy bien

En general el hotel me pareció bien, el personal es amable, el desayuno buffet bien servido. Solo tuve un inconveniente al realizar el check-in me entregaron una habitación sucia, lo comenté en recepción y me comentaron que mientras yo salía realizarian la limpieza, al volver seguía sucia, ya era noche cuando regrese y me acerque a recepción para comentar la situación de nuevo, la chica que estaba y otra empleada se portaron amables me apoyaron a cambiar sabanas, proporcionar toallas y sacar la basura. Al día siguiente de nuevo me acerque a recepción para comentar la situación y fueron de inmediato a hacer la limpieza completa. Solo sugiero tengan mejor control en temporada alta de las habitaciones que se desocupan y requieren limpieza para la entrada de otro huésped.
