were so accommodating, friendly and efficient! Everything we asked for, we got. The room was spacious and had air con. Towels were changed daily and the staff were always happy to help. We felt safe, looked after and after a terrible experience at Letsos Hotel, we received the welcoming we needed. This hotel is better than a 2 star in so many ways. Hera, you get a 5 starts from us and thank you for everything. Fully recommend to everyone!"

"The atmosphere around the pool and the distance from the strip were the only good things about this location. Our bedding had mould on, and my friends tshirt also grew mould on there after one night of being on the floor. There were ants crawling literally everywhere, and the hotel was ridden with mosquitos- we have pictjre proof.The amount of bites we all had was unbearable and the salt water shower did not help whatsoever- I wish we knew this before we booked. "The staff at the hotel are extremely lovely and welcoming. From the receptionist to the bar lady to the cleaner all were great. The room has all the facilities needed for self catering inc microwave/pots/pans/stove etc. The hotel is located on the quieter side of laganas strip which I find as a bonus. 15min walk to the bars/clubs"

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to.
