"The rooms were very modern and clean. The superior room was spacious enough for our family of 3- including room for the crib. The crib was no extra charge, but we requested ahead of time to ensure it was available. It was already set up in the room when we arrived. The staff were all very friendly and helped us get a dinner reservation the first night after a long day of travel. The breakfast was very good for a free hotel breakfast- especially with the cappuccino and pastries. They even had a highchair for young children that we could use. The hotel was a short and easy walk from the city center- it was even located next to a playground. Highly recommend this hotel- especially to those traveling with young children. "

"Room was very clean, and the bed was very very comfortable. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning did not work, and the heating was on all the time so nights were unbearably hot and stuffy in the room, even with the window open. This was a real shame as we really did not sleep well. I asked reception about this and received a shrug in response. Only one pillow each, and we ran out of toilet roll on the third night as no spares were given. A kettle in the room would’ve been nice to be able to make a cup of tea as one cannot carry one all the way up from The common room, which is in a basement. "

"The service here is topnotch, the entire staff was knowledgable and so nice. very close to all of the sites and the train station. the room was updated and modern, the only hesitation is the bathroom, you could literally sit on the toilet and brush your teeth over the sink, I don't know why they didn't push the wall of the bathroom a foot or so into the room. the room was plenty spacious. nice neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. the gardens are beautiful, with they had seating outside to enjoy nature."

"I don’t often write reviews but this place was actually amazing. It looks unassuming on the outside - this is not a reflection of the inside!! Lovely helpful reception staff, brilliant quiet bedroom, comfy beds and fancy bathroom with lots of cool shampoos etc. free water, drinks and snacks and a brilliant breakfast included. Kids had a single bed each which was really important. 10/10. Didn’t use the spa areas so can’t comment on that. Definitely raising the standard of hotels!"
