Nice and quite close to beach and short drive to everything you need. Only dissapointment was if you phone service is with optus or voda phone there is no service
This was our second stay at Agnes Sails and we loved it again. The townhouse was spotless, the beds comfortable and the showers are great. Loved being able to soak in the bath. We love that it's also pet friendly, close to the beach and only a few minutes from the shops. We will stay again.
Großes Ferienhaus mit Küche und allem. Sehr sauber. Strandzugang um die Ecke.

Great place to. Isit
I had asked for Unit 2 but was assigned Unit 3, dishwasher was not operating and a rail on staircase loose but overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Weather was great, pet friendly certainly an added attraction and the beaches were awesome. Dined from the inky Thai restaurant- prices way off the planet !!! Would recommend Agnes Sails to friends & fam
Lovely big, modern townhouse in a cul-de-sac, so the location was very quiet. The beach was a 2 minute stroll. Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Our cat was welcomed. The dishwasher was out of order, but didn't bother us. Might have been an issue if we'd had more people. There was only a rail for a single towel in the ensuite bathroom. The wifi was very fast. The staff were very friendly.
Modern spacious house - two double bedrooms, and a twin with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen and well equipped.
Location is great for 1770 and Agnes Water, local beach is in working distance but not recommended for swimming
Only downside was the wifi was limited to 500Mb / day
Would happily stay there again

Enjoyed stay, holidayed here for 9 nights recently for a much needed de-stress break. So disappointed, woken first morning at 4am by occupants of other unit in complex packing their boat and car banging and crashing for hours in the dark, we were not happy campers as had just travelled 8 hours on dangerous wet roads and were exhausted. New house opposite our townhouse under construction building fence and in same street builders on housesite building a new very large home from 7am to at least three pm every day. Every morning worken at around 7am to circular saws, hammers banging all day and non stop noise. We were distressed and upset, came here for a rest and recooperations and it spoilt the once a year holiday and very unfair, we are very upset about this as if we were told it was in a construction zone and building was going on all day every day we would have never booked this property.
There is no privacy in the back yard in the townhouse we were staying in, a hedge or trees along the fenceline are required. Most houses nearby look directly into the yard and living areas/kitchen. There is no privacy unless the blinds are pulled all the time. The clothesline is had it and needs replacing.
Other than that, we had a good time, the townhouse was spotless and very nice and close to everything. We would recommend it very much but have to say we feel the owners booking agents should have advised us it was in a construction zone as we were here on holiday!!
Very nice and super place to stay with sea views family loved staying here

Lovely Agnes Water accommodation
The accommodation was nice and close to the beach and amenities. The house itself was nice however there are a few little details that could be improved to make it even better for example, an outdoor shower would be very useful particularly as it's a beach house. It would save dragging kids up to the upstairs shower who are covered in sand! Also, when we arrived the sprinklers in the back garden were turned on which meant the kids couldn't play outside and the outdoor entertaining area was all wet. Perhaps putting them on a night timer would be more appropriate?
Other than that, it was a lovely stay! Thank you!
Our accommodation was very clean and well appointed with all you would need to have a lovely few days, and a very short walk to the beach
The only fault was the water pressure, if you like a shower then it could be a bit of a problem as the water pressure was very poor and I don't like a really strong shower
all in all very nice place
