Mangia's Santa Teresa Sardinia, Curio Collection by Hilton
8/10 Good
"The property was very pleasant and we liked the location. Our air conditioning didn’t work well (we stayed during a heat wave), which made it difficult to sleep, but the beds were comfy. Unfortunately, we are having difficulties with billing (several duplicate charges made, and an overcharge on our laundry) and so far we have not been able resolve with the property. We’re hopeful we can get the charges corrected without getting our credit card company involved to dispute. As an all inclusive reservation, we should have simply been charged one amount for the entire stay and an additional charge for laundry. Currently, that is not the case.
For an all inclusive, the food and beverages included on the plan were actually very good. The food gets a little repetitive (depending on the length of your stay), however the quality of the food options were good. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and found a few employees to be exceptional with their service."
"Staff was the best, very attentive and most of the time working. Only thing I can say is the room posting are a bit misleading, double bed in just a queen bed and the room does not have central air (common for the island) overall spectacular experience. BRING PROPER SANDALS AS THE ROAD TO TOWN IS STEEP!"
"Amazing hotel, relaxing environment, staff was who checked us in wasn’t very friendly but, she did her job. I would not be on the phone while checking in a guest in front of you. Everything else was great!"
"We had an excellent stay at Punta Falcone and would absolutely recommend it. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the views were absolutely stunning. It was the perfect place to unwind.
The only small suggestion we have is that it would have been helpful if the front desk opened a bit earlier. We were leaving at 6:00 a.m. and needed assistance getting our luggage to the car, but no one was available yet.
Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return!"
"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves.
The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner.
I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes.
That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"
