"They are crazy, the room has an aircondition and the guy i talked to the phone was asking me for an extra fee for giving me the controler to operate it, this is an insane. Also there was a television not working. Generally the room is okay for few days and the outdoor space is nice, with cats everywhere"

Staff were wonderful, particularly the two female staff in the outdoor dining area at breakfast time, the housekeeping staff member who thoughtfully arranged our Son’s Pokémon soft toys on the pillows each day, and Juliano from the evening bar staff. "Overall a good resort with plenty of entertainment and decent food and drinks.
The rooms could use a renovation and feel a bit outdated. The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’.
All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay. "

"I have stayed at the Argiri many times the first being in 2005. It has really been modernised since then. Still the same great people there too. Room was spacious and a great shower pressure. Only downside is the beds are quite low but still slept ok. "

"My only issue was the Hotel's WiFi, which was really slow. The staff was nice and friendly. But overall, the hotel is great. The location of the hotel is only a 5 min walk to Kardamaina which has lots of food options."
"What a fabulous experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very special. The staff were so polite & friendly & just could not do enough for you. We opted for the deluxe package & room was very spacious & cleaned extremely well each morning, the evening turn down service was also appreciated with sundries being restocked daily. The beach area was lovely with amazing views out to Kastri Island whilst offering a great food & drinks service. Lots of swimming pools to choose from too. Food & drink options were plenty with most restaurants offering an al la carte service which worked well for us as we don’t generally like buffet service. We had superb meals every evening with beautiful champagne & wine pairings. It really felt like we were dining out in different restaurants each evening sampling varied cuisines. We hired a Tesla for a day & were able to visit other areas of Kos which was great. This holiday was not cheap but I really feel like we got good value for money. This was our first Ikos experience but will definitely not be our last! If you are considering it then do not hesitate. Book now! "
