"A nice view but nothing more... Basic amenities such as washing utensils were not available. The room was never cleaned during the whole stay and there were ants and insects everywhere in the room. Apart from that, the staff was not forthcoming at all and basic services and changes such as changing a meal were not accommodated at all.
