"Stunning accomodation, very modern, very clean. 2 zone ac (in sleeping room and living room in the 2 room apt) great service and availability on whats app for questions. Checkin Done through a webform and unique key code for access. (No physical key needed) parking lot just outside with fair prices. (Other business) 2 minutes walk to city center and the lake. Will definitiv look for moncasa next trip to agios nikolaos. If other apt hotels could work like this traveling would be more enjoyable....

"Beds were not comfortable. Did not have a blanket in our bed, was very cold the first night.
Kids loved the resort, food was decent, but without comfy beds we would. It return."

"This is not Greece! As soon as we saw the hotel we left. Very commercialized, and nothing like Greece, if that’s what you want than you will love it but we were looking for something totally different."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Lovely food, great amenities and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.
The vibe is relaxed and it feels like there is a good amount of space so nowhere feels too crowded. We were there just as a couple but there were lots of families and children there but not to the point where it was disruptive if you’re just trying to have a relaxing time.
Would definitely go back."

"kleines Problem beim Einchecken, war im Endeffekt meine Schuld ( am Tag vorher anmelde).
Mit Hilfe des Nachbarn war das schnell gelöst. Total netter Vermieter - danke Christos!
Modernes Apartment, alles da was man braucht. Kann man wirklich empfehelen

"Infinity Elounda is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The room was clean and lovely, we had a hot tub that we were not expecting and a fantastic sea view. The pools are lovely and there are more than enough sunbeds to lie on each day. You do not have to leave a towel on the sun bed as there’s plenty to pick from! The view from the room and the pool of the ocean and mountains were just stunning.
The breakfast buffet is lovely and you can order drinks and other menu items. The evening meal buffet was okay, we only went once.
The location is a quiet area, but you can walk to the two local towns either side of the hotel. Plaka is further walk (45mins) but has lovely views and seafood restaurants and easy access to the local island for a boat visit. Kato Elounta is also gorgeous with lots of souvenir shops, restaurants and bars. We ate here most nights and had lovely meals. You maybe would benefit from a car if you wanted to do more exploring, Kato Elounta is a half an hour walk, we didn’t mind as the views were gorgeous.
The hotel staff are so friendly and approachable, they can support with booking taxis, recommendations etc and they are so polite and go out of their way.
Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again."
"Breakfast and views were great. Room had no luggage racks or places to open luggage, shower was beautiful but no door so the floor got soaked while showering"
"Incredible property, amazing location. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds. Food at all outlets was really delicious - and the consistency of the buffet breakfast was impressive. Property is quite large, but you're never left waiting long to get a buggy to take you from one part of the resort to the other. Another massive plus for families is how well staff cater to your needs. Not only is the kids club an amazing resource, but even down to how staff across all restaurants are so good and friendly with children. The beach club is also super chic, food is great there too. The water at the beach is fresh, but so beautiful, amazing blues. I would recommend if you are staying in the eastern part of Crete - this is the place to be, it's a resort feel without being to commercial and touristy feeling - a great balance of luxury and reality, given the area it's located in (situated between the small village of Plaka and larger town of Elounda)"
"An absolutely stunning property with the most proactive, helpful and attentive staff I've ever seen at a resort.
Other reviews already highlight how beautiful the resort is, so thought I'd leave specific info about accessibility, as it was a lot better than I anticipated from previous info online. My wife uses a wheelchair, although can manage short distances/a few steps. Although the resort is on a slope with multiple tiers, most of the grounds are feasible for a wheelchair; going from main reception to the bungalows, most communal grounds and the route towards the beach are all slopes. To get down to the beach and the beach bar itself, there are maybe 10 steps. Similarly, to get to the buffet restaurant, there are a few steps.
If you're in a situation like us, where a wheelchair is generally needed but a few steps are manageable, don't let it put you off the resort. The staff were SO helpful and kind. They pre-emptively offered taking us on the golf cart, let us park our car next to the reception, always found ways to make trips easier and even, the night before we were set to leave, had the hotel repairman repair a loose screw on the wheelchair!
I can't thank the staff enough for their support; they made us feel completely relaxed and as though we had to make no compromises even with accessibility needs. Thank you."
"We had a great experience at the Phaea Blue hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in virtually new condition. Food was excellent and the private beach, though pebbles (not sand) is very convenient. Wouldn't hesitate to return."
"Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Very clean and modern. Food is excellent with a great range of choice every day and the drinks selection is great, including a good selection of wines within the all inclusive package.
We spent our time at the top pool which we found very relaxed and the lunch menu was brilliant (excellent gyros) but there are 4 pools which all offer something slightly different and we were very relieved to see that sunbed hogging wasn’t an issue at this hotel with sunbeds available well into the day.
The Aperol bar, daytime crepe stand and the beanbags on the shore for sunset were all great touches. If you are looking for a relaxing hotel to remain at for your stay this is perfect.
Some things to note: We visited Taverna Amelia in the nearby town which was lovely (we highly recommend) but there are limited options for food if you did want to venture out of the hotel unless you hire a car, although there are some great little supermarkets. And the fitness facilities aren’t great if that’s important to you.
We stayed in a basic room which was great for us, the waterfall shower was lovely and the room was cleaned daily. The rooms with private pools looked excellent for young families or for some extra privacy.
Overall we would highly recommend. We read some negative reviews which worried us ahead of staying but a lot of the negative comments are completely untrue!"
