"Read some poor reviews about the hotel before we came but I can't fault it for the price they charge. We upgraded to a junior suite for a very reasonable price and the room with a large balcony overlooking the sea was brilliant. The hotel isn't overly large and all the staff from reception to bar/restaurant we're cheerful and attentive. You have to cross the road to a small shingle beach but the water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming."

"Excellent family holiday. Location is excellent, staff were excellent and very very helpful. We had a pool side room but there is easily enough beds around the complex. Gets the sun for 9hrs of the day before it sets behind. Wonderful sunrises. If you want extreme luxury and parties this not for you. If you want a family friendly quieter location this is perfect. Will definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Lovely hotel and décor, we had an excellent size room and slept very well, food was good but very repetitive, I do think the a la carte restaurants could have been better... Staff were very attentive and friendly! The main pool could do with tidying up a little, there is some maintenance required and it could have been cleaner... there was sometimes lack of seating (evening entertainment area particularly and Sugar Reef bar ) and pool sides (loungers) when busy. The view and setting is lovely, hotel is in Gouvia town and there's a selection of restaurants and bars and gift shops if you want to leave the hotel. There is a small shop in the hotel as well as an excursions desk who were helpful also. overall, great stay!"
