"An amazing property, great value for money and a very nice pool area. The room was clean and modern, and the location is also good, you can walk to Lefkada town in 20 minutes and a beach in 10. The staff were friendly as well. I would recommend."

"Excellent customer service. The young man in the reception (i think his name was Aggelos) was super nice and he gave us recommendations on beaches to visit that are kid friendly. Also restaurants and activities. The room was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. The hotel grounds were clean and nicely kept. There were cats and kittens we got to pet and feed during our stay. The pool was small but perfect for kids. We tried to go to the beach in the morning and pool in the evening....

Check-in was not clearly explained, and there were no pre-arrival instructions, even after speaking to the host the day prior to check-in. When we entered past the security gate the property looked like a construction zone and not a luxury rental. There were construction boards along the entrance ramp with exposed nails sticking up. "Great experience staying at the Lefkadio suites. Sonja was extremely helpful checking us in, and giving us recommendations for sightseeing and dinner. The breakfast is served in-room at your requested time. It is plentiful and fresh. The airconditioning was working great in July, which is a must. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was on top of any request we had. Definitely we would be staying again."
