"We were upgraded to a double room with a nice patio and overview of the pool and port. Beautiful grounds with staff onsite 24/7. Felt very safe to commute from hotel to Old Town, approximately 20-minute walk. Hotel is very close to the New Port but is almost impossible to walk with luggage's, all up hill and not much of any sidewalks. Hotel offers transportation for an extra charge."

"Very good property, excellent location with great views of the bay. Extra helpful personnel and good food. The only downside is the loud music from a Principote, a beach club) from mid afternoon till about 8, or 9:00 pm. Other than that, it is an excellent location and a great setup."
