"The property was very worn. Carpets with holes in hallway outside our room. Had to call 3 times and wait over half hour for sheets for pull out bed. Prices are way too high for a hotel in the middle of nowhere and totally worn out. Do not recommend."

"I had not stayed at the property for some years since it was the Westin. The upgrades were fantastic. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only complaint I have is my favorite restaurant Matsuhisa was closed both days of my stay for private events.. I ordered room service instead which was really disappointing. ..."
