There’s visible damage to door and wall surfaces that were masked by paint, but overall the stay was enjoyable. "I had a quick overnight stay in Richmond on my way further south. The Omni is always a solid choice as it’s centrally located for going out (Shockoe Bottom area and near lots of restaurants). The staff were all helpful and the room was pleasant. Loved the amenities in the lobby, especially the Starbucks. "
