"I had to ask several times for towel replacements and the dirty towels removed. I was waiting to shower until I received my towels. I asked for house keeping and never received it. I don’t recall the woman’s name at the front desk who took it upon herself to get me towels. She went above and beyond her duties to take care of that for me."

"We stayed only 1 night while taking my son on a college tour. The hotel was clean and room was updated. We had a view of downtown and the St. John’s River. Check in was great with Emileigh. She was so friendly and welcoming, and she continued to greet us when we walked through the lobby during the evening. This area of downtown seems to be a corporate//financial district so not many open/walkable restaurants nearby on the weekend, therefore we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food and drinks were good and there were some TVs on with March Madness games, which made my son happy. We chose to valet park, which was very easy and the car was quickly retrieved when requested. The employees at Starbucks were also very friendly. The only negative to this hotel is that if you are traveling with a group of friends, etc, there ia not a place to sit around and socialize or sit and drink your coffee in the mornings. The lobby is just the check in desk and maybe a couple of chairs off to the side. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others traveling to Jacksonville. "

"It did have a kitchen that could have been utilized if there was flatware, utensils, drink ware and cookware. The A/C was great, keep the room at a nice 65 degrees. It was very nice but was dated, overall a good place to stay."
