Safari Tentalow in Africa

We had the most enjoyable and welcoming stay at this luxury safari lodge. The service from all the staff was exceptional especially from Maximillan and the food was delicious. The tent was so spacious and had very comfortable beds. Also our safari driver (John) was excellent. When we come back to the Serengeti we will definitely stay at this lodge again.

We had an extraordinary experience at Entumoto Safari camp! The Conservancy in which its located proved a truly peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the adjacent Maasai Mara National Park, however, its water hole still brought Elephants, Zebras, Buffalos, Waterbucks, Zebras and several other animals right up to our camp (we watched them over our fantastic breakfast and lunches). Amazing experience. Staff were very hospitable. The game drives were also really cool. Our ranger, Daniel, went above and beyond to ensure that we saw all the animals on our list. Overall great experience.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at the Mara Major Camp, with 2 full day game drives and one morning game drive. Both Anthony and Sam (our guides) were incredibly knowledgable and committed to providing us the best safari experience. Spacious. quiet, relaxing. We slept so well, and the staff looked after us beautifully We even saw wild dogs within minutes of our first game drive.

This Safari camp massively exceeded all expections from arrival till the day we had to leave. All members of staff were highly knowledgeable, My partner and i learnt so much and we was very sad to leave.

This is a lovely spot with fabulous views over the Erongo mountains. The water hole below the lodge attracted quite a bit of wildlife, including giraffes and kudus which made lovely viewing over dinner. Room was lovely with delightful patio. Food and service were excellent. My only criticism was the lack of air conditioning. Although we had every window open (they have insect nets) and the fan going all night, it was still a bit warm.

A unique and secluded location set in private reserve; with added advantage of having hosts nearby for attention and customer service. We arrived in the early evening to find a welcome fire/bbq already lit...such a kind gesture! Annie was on-hand to give details of road closures, shopping advice; general comfort chats. The surrounding garden was a delight for bird-lovers; attention to detail in the accommodation perfect combination of lowkey and luxury.

Stayed 4 nights - sheer perfection and so so quiet at night. Could not find fault and recommend to other friends already. We will be back again.

This turned out to be an excellent family holiday. We originally chose the tented camp option as it was the cheapest way for the four of us to stay on one of the private game reserves (Woodbury Tented Camp is located in the Amakhala game reserve), however I would now recommend this option over a regular lodge as it offered the perfect balance of adventure and comfort (electric blankets on the beds!). The hotel was above my expectation. They cater from everything from having drinks on tap from the moment they picked us from the air strip all the way to the inclusive laundry service and sun tan lotion. You could literally go here with so little as they have everything ready for you. Beautiful location & excellent service.

A wonderful personal service in beautiful surroundings, with luxury accommodation and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All inclusive was just that, including doing your laundry. Some trips were extra but transport was provided to meet the trip transport. The staff were friendly, helpful, polite and informative. The evening meal choices were restrictive and had no vegetarian option, but I got the impression that if we had asked for something different, it would have been provided. They...

Beautiful setting and wonderful staff who could not have been more accommodating for our 9 month old baby. We just wish we stayed longer than 2 nights!
