We had an amazing 11 nights here. Luxurious and beautiful surroundings with lots of flora, fish and fruit bats! The staff were attentive and service was second to none. Karina, Olivier, Hansel, Stephen and the Wise Oceans Crew all made us feel very special and looked after us very well. We made friends here. :) Food and facilities were also excellent. Incredible service, amazing beach & facilities with great attention to detail. We spent a fantastic week there and barely managed to leave the hotel at all because it was so nice.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The rooms was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Special thanks to the front desk team, who were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make our family feel at home from the moment we arrived. Just perfect. Food is outstanding, service is as good as any hotel we have ever stayed. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and polite. The setting is magnificent. The food and drinks are a little pricey but worth every single penny (rupee). As an example, my daughter had burnt her face and was a little upset whilst we were having dinner. A great choice of hotel. Beautifully presented and in a wonderful spot on the bank of the Nile. Very peaceful and easy to get into town. Professional and friendly staff who seem to genuinely like their jobs, which reflects in a better quality of service. good wifi. Excellent/diverse choice at breakfast buffet. Restaurant and bar pricey though. Yet this is surely the best place to stay in Luxor. We will return.

The staff couldn’t do enough to help us and were always smiling from the time we arrived and tears when we left. The diving and snorkelling and private beach was amazing. We had a day on a boat with coraya dive team which are with the hotel we’re great safe and knowledgable regarding the sea life my step daughter was a bit scared but they kept her reassured and looked after her as she swam with the turtles

Incredible staff nothing was too much to ensure my stay was amazing. The room was fantastic but would have liked not to have ask for the fridge or other listed things that weren’t in the room.! Main issue would be the lack of transport for solo travellers, the opportunity is there but not explored as we would love to book trips but are excluded The location may not be suitable for many but for my stay it was perfect

I really love this hotel. It’s so beautiful in a very quiet area of Makadi Bay. My room was huge, and I had a lovely view of the pool. I asked for a quiet room and they gave that to me. I had a few issues but I spoke to Hager (customer relations) and the General Manager and all was resolved quickly and I stayed on two extra days. The food is varied and there is a lot of it. wonderful place to stay, for a holiday or honeymoon, great junior suites - very spacious and luxurious, close to the beach, idyllic surroundings. lots of facilities in the resort, some included, some were extra. You could walk all around the site, or take little shuttles. The local beaches were great, and they could organise tours or hire cars, etc.

Room was extremely comfortable and the service is exceptional. Note the sea here can be too shallow to swim in at low tide, and we stayed during a neep tide when the water was too low to use the pedaloes, canoes etc. Highly recommend the trip to swim with dolphins arranged by the hotel, note you need to be a strong swimmer though to jump off the boat on cue and swim rapidly to keep up with them - children under 12 probably couldn't manage it. We go on many holidays a year however this is by far the best hotel service we have ever received. They did so much for us. A little goes a long way. Even the manager came and spoke to everyone individually during dinner - where else do you get that?! Every single member of staff, gave the best service ! They gave us a cake for our anniversary. Great holiday could not fault anything would recommend a stay you won't be disappointed. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, great choice of food, local alcohol but branded sort drinks, private beach and lagoon great for snorkelling, main pool for activities and slide pool for kids and adults also a relax pool overlooking the sea.
