"Support on the phone was great since our registration online was not completed. They gave us codes for our rooms. However, the address was confusing because the address does not take you to the "real"entrance. GPS takes you to the back of the building where the 2 doors were closed with no explanation about how to get to rooms. The phone help was promt but could not figure out were we were even with the GPS photo. They were responsive till we were in. Did not help that is a dark street and was...
"This Hotel close to Lake Constance was very nice. The Mittelalter concept was great and we also had a small view of the lake. It was fun staying there. From there you can walk around and explore Meersburg. "
