The spa was the standout feature, offering fantastic massages along with great amenities like the sauna, steam room, and heated pool. The only small downside was a brief oversight by housekeeping, who forgot to restock our towels, water, and tea one day. Fortunately, reception resolved this promptly as soon as we notified them. "Our stay at Casa Cook was fantastic and relaxing. All the facilities were excellent, it was clean and well maintained. For the fitness people, the gym was really well equipped and has everything you’d want. The food was very good, great selection, prepared and cooked fresh, would definitely recommend. We arrived very late at night and had missed evening meal, but the staff had left a selection of meats, cheeses and fruit in our room for us which was a nice surprise and very welcomed. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful in all interactions, can’t fault this hotel, it’s very chilled and relaxing!"

"The room was lovely and clean and the view of the sea fantastic. It is a shame that the buildings infront are rather run down but if you don’t sit right to the front of the balcony they are obscured. The location is excellent for walking into the old town the only downside is the proximity to bar street which can be rather rowdy but if you turn right when you come out the front of the hotel you never have to go along it."
