"If you’re counting on the adjacent Grill in the lobby - don’t. Not reliable at all. Very few choices and closes when no customer without notification. So if you depend on it for yourself or the family you may want to reconsider. But overall decent hotel. "

"The room was not ready when I checked in (10pm) Not enough people to help at the lobby (45 minutes wait for check in) Bathroom was sandy. Homeless walking in the front room at 1-2 am. The room smells bed smell like weed all over. When I try to check out in the morning at 5 am no one was there and still did not get deposit money back ! "

"Placard said my rm was cleaned by “Na jiira;” she did a poor job. Room had musty odor & I went out, bought Chlorox wipes, & set around the room to kill smell. In the bathroom, top of tile had been wiped repeatedly to each corner and the debris left there. Have stayed with you many times & never had a room in such bad condition. Housekeepers need to be instructed on proper cleaning methods."

"The room fan for AC and heating was very noisy and had no speed control. We had to keep it off at night--it was too noisy for sleeping."

"The room looked clean and the beds were neat. However, there was a smell that was like that of homeless people who have not showered for days. I also saw a few cockroaches (or other bugs) in the bathroom area. There are nearby restaurants and a grocer, and the freeway is very close. This location is convenient for travel. I did not use laundry service and my interaction with the staff was minimal but okay."

"I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED; THE FLOOR WAS NEVER SWEPT. THE CARPET WAS NEVER VACUMED. MY BEDDING WAS NEVER CHANGED. I HAVE STAYED AT MANY HOTELS AND THIS WAS THE WORST. I FOUND CONTACTS LENSENCE IN THE COFFEE MAKER AND TRIED TO CLEAN IT OUT AND I COULDNT WORK A MIRACLE."
