"Das Zimmer war ok., doch das Bett knarrte bei jeder Bewegung im Bett, also konnte man kaum schlafen. Als wir am andern Abend eher etwas später nach Hause kamen fanden wir das Zimmer so an, wie wir es morgens verliessen, ausser das Bett wurde gemacht. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Abfalleimer war nicht geleert, die Kaffeetassen vom Vortag standen noch so wie wir sie nicht abgewaschen hingestellt haben noch da, sogar das Papier des Kaffees lag noch daneben. "The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various...

"The host, Guiseppe was very accommodating. The ferries were not running to the Aeolian islands due to weather conditions, and this place was available. We were fortunate that we stayed here on such short notice and with quick entry to property. Very close to ferry, cafes, and shops. Parking is a little hectic, but we found spots close to apartment.
